What is Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic treatment, its aims are to aid healing the whole person and not just the symptom.
It is believed to date back to ancient Eygypt,  In 1913 Dr William Fitzgerald introduced this therapy to the west as 'zone therapy'.  Eunice Ingham in the 1930's developed this therapy into what we now know as reflexology.
Reflexology uses massage and gental pressure on various areas or reflexes on the feet or hands, it hopes to bring a state of deep relaxation which stimulates the bodies own healing process.

What are the Benefits

Reflexology is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of conditions,

                  These may include:

Stress related conditions
Migraine and headaches
Sinus problems
Sleep disorders
Lymphatic Drainage

What Happens During a Treatment

At the first meeting a medical history will be taken after which you will recline in a recliner or on couch.
The feet will be refreshed and  looked at in detail.  A massage will start and finish the treatment.  During the treatment the reflexolists hands will work on different parts of the foot, some parts may be sensitive but only momentarily.
During the treamnet many clients feel very relaxed
