It is believed to date back to ancient Eygypt, In 1913 Dr William Fitzgerald introduced this therapy to the west as 'zone therapy'. Eunice Ingham in the 1930's developed this therapy into what we now know as reflexology.

What Happens During a Treatment At the first meeting a medical history will be taken after which you will recline in a recliner or on couch. The feet will be refreshed and looked at in detail. A massage will start and finish the treatment. During the treatment the reflexolists hands will work on different parts of the foot, some parts may be sensitive but only momentarily.
